How do I schedule a visit?

Simply click HERE to schedule a visit! Choose a service and membership and get the care you deserve.

Do you accept insurance?

No! We are a membership-based office and no insurance is needed! That's the best part! When you choose a membership you can easily pay online!

Can I still be seen without a membership?

Yes! You can still be seen an pay for single services. However, when you become a member you will receive amazing discounts on services and care!

Are you in my area?

We are currently located in Richland, WA and serve anyone who wants to come visit us! We hope to serve you soon!

Can I cancel a service request?

Yes, but you will want to cancel or reschedule your visit more than 1 hour in advance of your appointment to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Three no-shows or cancellations will result in no further scheduled visits.

How do I pay for a visit?

Can I schedule a visit for a family member?

A parent, legal guardian, or legal caregiver must be present and provide appropriate documentation of status to include state-issued ID, insurance card, etc. that can be either uploaded when you complete your intake form or scanned into our system when we arrive at your location.
