Joseph Poston
I am Joseph Poston, FNP-C, and my journey in healthcare spans over two decades. It all began with my honorable service in the Army, where I served as a medic in a Combat Support Hospital. This early experience shaped my dedication to healthcare and serving others.

During my time in hospital healthcare, which spanned a decade, I contributed to various units, including emergency, intensive care, medical and surgical, and post-operative cardiac units. My leadership skills were further honed during three years as a hospital house supervisor, giving me a comprehensive understanding of healthcare operations.

Transitioning into the role of a Nurse Practitioner, I've dedicated the last six years to urgent care, making significant contributions to primary care. In 2018, my wife Geri and I embarked on an innovative venture by founding Remedy Urgent Mobile Medicine. This endeavor revolutionizes healthcare delivery by bringing urgent care directly to clients in their homes and offices.

I prioritize a patient-centered approach, emphasizing active listening, partnering with patients in their health goals, shared decision-making, and a commitment to patient education on health optimization and lifestyle medicine. In 2002, my peers recognized me as the Army Values Soldier, a distinction I carry with pride.

Currently serving as the dedicated provider at Remedy Health and Wellness PLLC, my goal is to ensure that each patient receives personalized care focused on holistic well-being. From my military service to my innovative ventures in urgent care, my commitment remains steadfast to improving the well-being of those I serve.
Geri Poston
Hello there! I'm Geri Poston, a proud wife of 22 years to my amazing husband, Joseph. Our journey together has blessed us with three wonderful children - Buddy, MaKenzie, and Sidney. Two years ago, we were overjoyed to welcome a beautiful and sassy grandchild who has brought an incredible amount of light into our lives.
For 13 years, I dedicated my time to both motherhood and serving our nation. As a USAF veteran, I've had the privilege of contributing to our country's defense. My service began in 2011 at Hill AFB and continued until 2023 at Joint Base Lewis McChord. In the USAF, I specialized in a contingency-related field operation involving in-depth search and recovery and mortuary operations after natural and manmade disasters. This involved operating equipment and following procedures to provide our deployed forces with essential services such as contingency shelter, first aid, and more.
In 2018, I took on the role of CEO of Remedy Urgent Mobile Medicine PLLC, a venture close to my heart. These endeavors allow me to channel my passion for healthcare and wellness into making a positive impact on the lives of others.
